• Upload VALID Arkansas Teaching License OR Letter of Eligibility from the Arkansas Department of Education (ADE) specifically stating applicant’s licensure status
• Upload ALL PAGES of Praxis I, II, III Scores/NTE Scores
• Upload OFFICIAL College Transcripts (Documentation must include ALL PAGES of applicant’s OFFICIAL College Transcripts. Transcripts are printed on college or university
transcript paper and signed by registrar)

CANDIDATE’S ELIGIBILITY FOR EMPLOYMENT WITH HSSD.

• Parapro Assessment Results (Documentation must include copy of applicant’s Parapro Assessment Results from the Educational Testing Service)
OR
• Nursing License (Documentation must include applicant’s Nursing License)
HSSD DOES NOT accept faxed, mailed or e-mailed electronic Official College Transcripts, Resumes, Cover Letters, Praxis I, II, III or National Teacher's Exam Scores, Arkansas Teaching Licenses, Nursing Licenses, Speech Language Pathologist Licenses, Letters of Eligibility, Letters of Recommendations and/or any other supporting documentation the applicant is required to upload. Applicants are the sole proprietor of their own account and are responsible for uploading supporting documentation.
